    To be eligible for a return:

    • Be within 30 days of purchase
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • It must also be in the original unopened packaging

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the postal service you use covers the value of your gloveglu order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by a gloveglu customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.

    It can take 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days. Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

    CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT

    If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so gloveglu is not involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and how much is due, is dependent on many different factors. If you do have to pay Customs Duty, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

    You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. gloveglu does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

    If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to gloveglu, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order.

     Our policy does not allow for any of our face masks to be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
