Return Questions

To be eligible for a return:

- Be within 30 days of purchase
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original unopened packaging

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of their items. 

The only exception is if the item is damaged or incorrectly packed In these circumstances, please contact us so we can refund your return costs: info@gloveglu.com

Depending on your location and the courier service used, it can take 5-8 working days for your parcel to reach us.

Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days.

Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

We cannot offer exchanges, only returns & refunds. If you'd like to swap your order, simply place a return and order your desired item again. 

We take the upmost care when packaging your orders, however if this has happened to you, please accept our apologies.
