The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of their items. 

The only exception is if the item is damaged or incorrectly packed, in which case we will resolve the issue via email at info@gloveglu.com

Depending on your location and the courier service used, it can take 5-8 working days for your parcel to reach us.

Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your return within 2 working days.

Any Refunds can take up to 3/5 days with your bank to appear in your account. You will receive an email update upon the completion for your return.

We cannot offer exchanges, only returns & refunds. If you'd like to swap your order, simply place a return and order your desired item again.   

Due to our custom gloves being made bespoke to your design, we are unable to issue refunds.
