Step-by-Step Goalkeeper Glove Washing Machine Process
AStep 1: Place dirty gloves inside the GloveBag
Face the palms of the goalkeeper gloves inwards. Ensure the thumb of the gloves is extended and not covering the palm, otherwise the palm may not come out completely clean!
Step 2: Add other kit or a Glove Towel
Adding some other items into your wash helps balance the drum. The GloveBag can become heavy in the machine, but other items ensure your machine spins quietly.
Step 3: Add detergent (Glove Wash & Prepare)
Never use clothes detergent with your goalkeeper gloves! These contain chemicals and dyes that can ruin latex. Instead, only use Glove Washes that are designed to be used on gloves. Our Glove Wash & Prepare will also help clean your other kit.
Step 4: Use a suitable washing machine setting
The GloveBag works on most standard washing machine settings. But you should check that the spin rate is below 900rpm, and the temperature used is between 30-40 degrees.
