Technique > Grip

Grip can help, but if you're hands aren't in the right position, you aren't going to catch the ball. 

Whether that's from a shot or a lofted cross into the box, technique is so important when it comes to whether you keep hold of the ball or not

How do I use it?

Start slow! This glove takes some getting used to, so start with very basic catching drills

As your confidence grows, try scoops, volleys from close range and taking crosses

We do not recommend that you use this gloves for shot stopping, unless you feel confident enough to do so!
