Boot Care FAQs
We all know that most professional players aren't cleaning their own boots.
However, the kitmen are!
We supply our Clean Kick range to a number of kitmen and women across the EFL, such as the Swindon Town FC Kitmen. You may know them from the Life of a Kitman podcast!
Dirt and bacteria left on your boots eventually start breaking down the natural materials - which is why you're often left with holes and bits hanging off your boots by the end of the season!
If you've used your boots for a while without any care, it can take a few weeks to fully remove odours.
Treating them from the start is the best way to keep boots feeling and smelling like new
No. The bristles used on our Pump Brush are specifically developed for football boots. Tough enough to work away thick mud, but always gentle on leather and synthetic boot materials.
For best results, use our Concentrate boot wash. You can add this in directly or dilute with some water.
But warm water alone also does a job in combination with the brush.
