gloveglu Manufacturer Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 10th December 2025

SportsTrad Limited / gloveglu (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) stands behind the quality of our products and offers a manufacturer warranty to protect customers against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from gloveglu or from Authorized gloveglu Sellers.

Because we are unable to ensure the condition, authenticity, or handling of products sold by unauthorized sellers, products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by the gloveglu manufacturer warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

gloveglu warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a valid warranty claim is submitted, gloveglu will, at its discretion:

  • repair the product,
  • replace the product with an identical or equivalent product, or
  • provide a refund of the purchase price.

This is the exclusive remedy available under this warranty.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use
  • Products that have been altered or modified
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including any third-party marketplace sellers not explicitly listed as Authorized gloveglu Sellers


3. Authorized Sellers

A list of Authorized gloveglu Sellers can be found here:

Only purchases made from these approved sellers qualify for the gloveglu manufacturer warranty.

Purchases from sellers not listed — including third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces — are considered unauthorized and are not eligible for warranty coverage.

4. Proof of Purchase & Verification

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • valid proof of purchase,
  • confirmation of purchase from an Authorized Seller, and
  • the product in question for evaluation (if requested).

gloveglu reserves the right to require proof of authenticity and to reject warranty claims involving products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

5. Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • gloveglu is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • No retailer, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend this warranty on gloveglu’s behalf.
